Solarayen 5MWh Liquid-Cooled Battery Energy Storage System
The Solarayen 5MWh liquid-cooled battery energy storage system brings high-capacity DC energy storage into a standardized 20ft container. It is designed for commercial, industrial and utility-scale projects requiring coordinated battery monitoring, thermal management and protection.

Containerized Energy Storage
Twelve high-voltage battery clusters are coordinated through a power distribution board and DC circuit breakers. The modular arrangement supports project engineering, installation planning and service access. Liquid cooling helps manage battery temperature during operation, while the battery management system monitors operating conditions.
Key Features
- 5MWh nominal energy capacity in a compact container format.
- 314Ah cells and a 12-cluster battery architecture.
- Liquid-cooled thermal management.
- Multi-level BMS, DC protection and integrated fire protection.
- IP55 enclosure for outdoor installations within specified operating conditions.
- Communication interfaces for integration with project control systems.

System Integration
This is a DC-side battery energy storage container. PCS/inverter, transformer, switchgear and other external equipment are selected to suit the required AC power, grid conditions and site layout. Their inclusion and ratings depend on the agreed scope of supply. Battery energy in MWh does not specify the AC power rating in MW.
Share your grid voltage, required charge/discharge power, operating schedule and site conditions so the battery container can be matched with suitable external equipment and controls.
Battery Assembly and Transport
Illustrative container assembly, battery rack and transport views. Final enclosure appearance and internal layout depend on the agreed project configuration.

Applications
Typical project uses include renewable energy storage, commercial and industrial load management, microgrids and engineered backup power. The control strategy, usable capacity and operating duration depend on the application and final system design.
