The custom LiFePO4 forklift battery is designed for electric forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, tow tractors and other industrial vehicles. Available in 24V, 36V, 48V, 72V, 80V and 96V configurations, the battery can be customized according to the original battery compartment, vehicle power requirements and operating conditions.

Custom LiFePO4 Forklift Battery

The LiFePO4 forklift battery is a customized traction battery solution for electric forklifts, pallet trucks, stackers, tow tractors and other material-handling equipment. Compared with conventional lead-acid batteries, LiFePO4 technology offers higher energy efficiency, faster charging, lower daily maintenance requirements and more stable power output.

Each battery pack can be designed according to the vehicle voltage, required operating time, battery compartment dimensions, connector type, charger specifications and original battery weight. The complete system can include LiFePO4 cells, an intelligent battery management system, monitoring display, high-current cables, industrial connectors, steel enclosure and a matching lithium battery charger.

Available Forklift Battery Specifications

Our LiFePO4 forklift batteries are available in multiple voltage and capacity configurations. Battery dimensions, weight, connector, communication protocol, charger and counterweight can be customized according to the forklift model and application requirements.

Intelligent Battery Management

The integrated BMS monitors cell voltage, battery current, temperature and operating status. It provides protection against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit and abnormal temperature conditions.

CAN or RS485 communication can be configured when communication between the battery and the forklift controller or charger is required. The communication protocol must be confirmed according to the vehicle brand, controller model and application requirements.

Lead-Acid to Lithium Conversion

This battery can be designed as a replacement for an existing lead-acid forklift battery. The lithium battery does not always need to have exactly the same ampere-hour capacity as the original lead-acid battery. The appropriate lithium capacity should be calculated according to the vehicle power, working hours, charging opportunities and operating environment.

Because a lithium battery is usually lighter than a lead-acid battery, additional counterweight may be required when the original battery forms part of the forklift’s counterbalance system. Before production, the original battery weight and the forklift manufacturer’s minimum battery-weight requirement must be confirmed.

Customized Connector and Charger

The battery connector and cable size are selected according to the operating voltage, continuous current, peak current and original vehicle connector. Customers should provide clear photographs of the original connector and its voltage and current markings.

A matching lithium battery charger can also be supplied. The charger voltage, charging current, plug type, input voltage and communication requirements must be confirmed before ordering.

Yes. The voltage, dimensions, connector, charger and required counterweight must be matched to the original battery and forklift specifications.

Can the battery dimensions be customized?

Yes. The steel enclosure can be designed according to the forklift battery compartment. Please provide the internal compartment dimensions or the original battery drawing.

Is a counterweight required?

It depends on the original battery weight and the forklift’s minimum battery-weight requirement. A customized counterweight can be installed when necessary.

Can you provide a matching charger?

Yes. Chargers with different charging currents can be selected according to the battery capacity, charging-time requirement and local input voltage.
